Mouse My EX110 wireless mouse restarts my computer when I use the scroll option. Please, for the love of all the is holy, SOMEONE HELP ME!!!

Hi,

Try to plug in anothor USB port of your PC then restart. If it needs to syncronize push the little button on the wireless USB and the link button on the mouse (on some wireless models it has to link).

Try the mouse on a different computer. If it can't work on there then you may have a defective mouse. Contact logitech about warranty info.

Sounds like your keyboard has died...Try to perform a reboot, and make sure the battery is seated correctly. You will most likely have to get it replaced. I recommend going with a Microsoft wireless keyboard and mouse. Its a lot better than Logitech!!

Friend go to the mouse settings then change the scroll direction icon. click setting then mouse settings then diplay of mouse controls and scrolls

Computers wont recognise user errors. Just kidding. i had the same issue with mine. After some period of time it will begin to do what i call Freeze Response. Where the computer recognizes it's function is there, but the mouse is considerably frozen. this works for me. If you still have the Cd than unplug your mouse and reinstall it. if you reinstall it with the mouse in, it just fixes software errors.

Turn your pc off, unplug your mouse. Take out the batteries. boot up your pc, wait till everything loads up into windows or MAC, plug in your mouse, put the batteries back in. And wait for it to automatically connect. if it does not hold the connect on mouse and press connect on receiver. You should be on your way hopefully.

Once you reboot, I'm assuming there isn't a problem with the keyboard and the mouse being in sync?

Always make sure the batteries are new or fully charged. Unfortunately, this set of wireless keyboard and mouse go through a lot of batteries. The batteries have a very short life.

Try a different mouse on it to see if it does the same thing. Your mouse might be failing on you. If it does the same thing with a different mouse then it might be the software problem or perhaps drivers. You can also try to uninstall and reinstall the drivers for your mouse. If your running windows 2000 or later version of windows you can uninstall in device manager and restart the computer with the mouse still connected and windows should reinstall drivers for the mouse automatically.
