Water entered into my motorola v3i

you need to dry this guy out...
pull the battery and leave out... that will minimize electronic damage... if at all possible.
Purchase a container of silica crystals at a nearby hobby/crafts supply store (used to dry flowers).
put the phone and the open container of silica into a ziploc bag and let it draw the moisture out of your phone.
let it be for a few days...
No guarantees, but it could get you back up again.
