Question about HP 510 Notebook
After my laptop (Dell Studio 15) is on for awhile, if it's screen is moved even in the slightest, the colors become inverted/negative film type stuff. If i pull and bend the screen it eventually hits a spot where it goes back to normal, but holding it with one hand is obviously not a fix. I'm thinking it's a connection problem, but i don't know how to get the darn thing open to fix it properly or if that might just make it worse. I really don't want to have to buy a whole new laptop just cause the monitor is flickering and changing to this irritating inverted color scheme (Whites are black, blacks are outlined with white and everything gets a bit blurry in the process). There must be a (cheap) solution!
you are absolutely right.
there are basically two connections.
any of the connector may be malfunctioning.
i ll suggest you not to open it yourself if you dont have prior experience in it.
while it wont take much to repair its not a costly affair.
if your system is under warranty it can be repaired for free.
if you find the solution helpful plz rate me carefully.
