Question about Samsung YP-T9JAB Digital Media Player
The MP3 Player has an internal battery.
If it needs to be replaced, you have to call 1-800-7267864 (SAMSUNG) so you can send in the unit for repair. Their service center will replace the battery for you.

You can reset the mp3 player by holding down the "menu" button and the "a/b" button together for a few seconds then push the power button and it should turn on. Mine was doing the same thing and this worked.

Vegggie Boy is mistaken. You should press and hold the red record button while pressing the menu button. The player will reset itself to normal operational mode.
