Windows Updates ~ When you go to Windows Update, do not "Express" update, rather "Custom" - Once it has loaded the screen, on the left hand side you will see hardware. Download the hardware drivers there. They work 98% of the time, and Windows Update is pretty good now days so it might fix your problem.

However, if this doesn't help you, the next idea is to go to the manufactures website. Check the manual or booklet that came with it, find their website, and go there. You should be able to download the driver or setup files for the program it uses.

If that doesn't help you either.. go to a PC that does have a CD Drive, and copy the files on the CD, to the PC. Then you need a flash drive, copy the information from your PC to the USB. Most drivers or basic setups don't require the CD for installation. Install it from the USB.
