why not ask your doctor or his nurse for help and not the blind.
or buy a better BP monitor some are super good
and other are toy grade junk
and read the instructions full and do exactly as it say.
ask doctor.
some folks have high BMI and doing BP is very hard.

140/78 is not too bad and not considered high.
I had high blood pressure of 170/92.I controlled it by cutting out processed food and alcohol. In 2008 my father died and my bp went up. After a few months the doctors put me on bp tablets and told me I would be on them for life . Four months ago I stopped drinking alcohol and stopped eating bad stuff . Im two stone lighter now and my bp is stable. I have not taken BP tablets for 3 months now.
BP can raise because of salt intake, alcohol, stress and lack of sleep.
If your head hurts it is because your blood is pumping a little harder.I used to get lots of migraines.
Its easier to get tablets from the doctor but its best to look at yourself and self fix it.

you should replace your battery

or

take the battery out and leave it out for an hour atleast, give your phone and battery little rest then use again.

remember never ever over recharge your battery. two hours are more than enough. and always swtich your phone off when you are charging it.

Hi sounds like bad fuel, if it was an ethanol blend you bought, it could have a high water content, BP has a fuel guarantee but its pretty time consuming to get them to do anything, especially if it was a distributor site, not owned by BP.
Drain the carb bowls into a clean container and see if you can see any water or contaminants.
If the bike rides reasonably, it might come good on its own, with the next tank full. Make sure no ethanol( so bypass BP)
If you got some free water in your tank most of it will be below the reserve pick up, so the bike may stop completely if it gets to reserve.
Unfortunately if there is water in the bottom of your tank this may require draining the tank. as all the fuel additives will turn this into milky looking fuel that will make the bike run worse.
