I have a Ibico el12 ii laminator and need to know how to use it. I cant find the instruction manual for it at my new job i put the sheets in as it shows but it labinates the first 1/2 inch then goes no further

You need to put your document in a carrier to prevent the heat from buckling the pouch before it makes it into the rollers. I've had a similar problem in the past before I remembered to use the carrier.
