The unit is giving a error h5 or hs ?
SOURCE: Water level float switch error
You do not mention the model, I presume that it is a cassette, in which case the float switch is located in the indoor unit. You have to remove the cover which is 4 screws. First make sure all power supply is turned off. Then remove the drain pan which surrounds the fan blade. You will see in one corner of the unit a slightly deeper part of the drainpan, this is the corner where both the condensate pump as well as float switch is located. Before you do any of this, give a serious blow into the drain pipe from outside and this may dislodge any sludge which may be causing the floatswitch to stick. You can also pull out a rubber plug which is under the pump on the drainpan.

Hi! You need to check pump filter. It could be jammed with a coin or hair clip. Now take the machine outside and empty it then lay it on its side and you can access the pump. Take it off, stand up the machine and pour hot water into the soap draw and check water should run out of bottom freely taking any fluff or bits with it. Now take apart the pump and clean it and dry all components before re-assembly. If the machine still doesn?t work then you need to replace the pump. Please do rate this solution as FixYa and revert for further assistance. Thanks Rylee
SOURCE: I have a Toyo Aircon
TOYO mini split air conditioner made in Japan is very very good quality and it can runs for 20 years without any problem. E3 means low pressure of refrigerant. You didn't hire a best ac technician to install your TOYO unit. The tubing connection between indoor unit and outdoor unit is not the right torque and refrigerant leak. Your TOYO unit runs out of refrigerant. You need fix the leak and fully charge the system. You will solve the problem. Good luck to you!

There is a water holding tank on the right lower side (when u are looking at the front), empty it and the unit comes back on.
SOURCE: I have a TCL split system air conditioner with error code E2
I have the same problem with my TCL unit. I have had the Tech out to day and I am told it is an internal senor in the unit that fails. I am informed by the tech that this is a very common fault with the TCL unit. Also if you live in Australia like me prepare yourself for a fight with TCL due to them not liking to honour the 5 year warranty. I would not recommend this product to anyone
Thank you for your inquiry, Angela Babin!
From my understanding your Frigidaire air conditioner is displaying an error code "H5". Normally, the error code "H5" stands for heater thermistor error. I would recommend performing a reset on your air conditioner by unplugging it for ten minutes. If that does not help correct the error code it could be a possible problem with your thermistor or control board. I hope this is helpfully. -Matt
