I guess i knew it all along, i 'd have to come back home,cause this livivg on the road

I would need to hear this noise to ascertain what is causing it. As a guess I would think the rubber bushings in the suspension are in need of replacing. As far as this model it is not sold here in the USA that I know of.

If it is somewhere else contact the toll road authority involved and ask them to update you record to reflect the licence plate change

Check with the local police and if what they are doing is wrong complain. If they are on your property take them to the dump.

Check the battery while the car is running. If the voltage isn't 14.3 or close the alternator is bad or going bad and not charging. Replace as needed.

Need the vehicle to road test

Go for a road test & take a mechanic
along for the ride

You don't even tell us what vehicle you have
or what the problem is

We simply can't guess at a dozen possibilities

to explain things & back to a shop for some testing

Happened on my 05 Jeep. Had antifreeze leaking into the interior. Brought it into the mechanic and there was a spot on the piping (i guess that's what it would be called) that was rusted causing it to leak. It's all one piece so the whole heater coil had to be replaced. Unfortunatley, not cheap. Cost me about a grand. (I'm trading in my Jeep) If you knew how to replace the heater coil yourself, I'm sure it'd be cheaper but from what the mechanic told me, it's a common problem with Chrysler's vehicles. That along with the rear differntial breaking, which was another grand I put into my Jeep.

Test the Alternator & If the battery is from
06 & overcharged,etc replace it.

There could be a vacuum leak...also, there could be a bad PCV valve along with some build up in the intake manifold, but it should be put on a scanner to take the guessing out of it since it could be anyone of several things going on at once.
