Problem for Brother HL-2040 Laser Printer

The paper doesn't pick-up when it goes to print.

The paper doesn't pick-up when it goes to print.
That is pretty much it. I here it come on and it goes through its little routine but from the sound I can tell it is not picking up the paper. I've been able to shut off the printer a couple of times and get it to do a couple of pages but that is it.

If you can pull the paper drawer out and reach your hand up where the feed rollers turn and grab the paper, you can use a damp cloth or rag (water) DAMP, not wet. scrub the rollers and that may help with the feeding issues.
