Connecting wireless keyboard for L3600 (by 6 users)

I have just purchased an Acer L3600 with wireless keyboard & mouse. This is my first time wireless.
I have managed to get the mouse working, but cannot get the keyboard started. I have put in the batteries underneath (correct way), and have pushed the "connect" button underneath, but no luck.

Any thoughts?

Just tried to set up new wireless keyboard - dead.... and it isn't the batteries. I am stuck in kazakstan and can't replace the keyboard that easily...help.

Yes me too...prob with wireless keyboard but mouse ok.
Tried changing batteries...and on another pc...same outcome...

i have the same problem :(
i really wnat the mouse and the keyboard to work but.. no luck_________ stupid accer

I had the same problem...mouse ok but no luck with keyboard.
Problem was verified and the keyboard replaced by service center...
