I just purchased a new computer equipped with Windows Vista. I have a Graphire 4 pen tablet that always worked fine on my previous computer. When plugging in the USB the pen works with the tablet, but I tried installing the software for it with the supplied disc and it keeps telling me "platform not supported." Any tips?

Try turning the firewall and security systems of vista off.That might just help(having the same problem here).
