I just purchased a new computer equipped with Windows Vista. I have a Graphire 4 pen tablet that always worked fine on my previous computer. When plugging in the USB the pen works with the tablet, but I tried installing the software for it with the supplied disc and it keeps telling me "platform not supported." Any tips?

I got a tablet from a friend, whose pen died, so I ordered a new pen and she gave me the tablet for free, now a few months later, the pen is stuck on click. I hover over the tablet with it and it does what
it would as if it was "Clicking" something. I have tried to take it
apart, but it's not possible. I have twisted the pen eraser as well, unplugged the tablet and plugged it back in, rebooted my computer, I'm out of ideas for what to try.

I have a Wacom Graphire4 (CTE-440) tablet. I bought it off my sister a few months ago, after needing to buy a new pen (the pen works fine with the tablet). The tablet is probably three years old and hasn't had any major problems until recently.
So, lately, my tablet has been a pain getting the blue light on, it's taking a little longer than usual, but whenever I do manage to get the light on, it won't really work. I run my pen across the tablet, nothing happens on my moniter, yet the light still flashes green. It's the same thing with the mouse, whenever I click, it flashes green, but does nothing. It thinks it's comunicating to the computer, but it's really not. . .

I got an Acteck Tablet and when I used Photoshop on my old XP PC it worked just fine, I got a new HP Laptop with Vista and when I try using Pen in Photoshop it won't detect the pressure. The Shape Dynamics is on and I've also tried another methods like reinstalling drivers, opening Photoshop with the pen, uninstalling default Vista tablet drivers, and nothing happens... I think it has something to do with Windows Vista,, Any solution? :( I'd appreciate it.
