Bought this model 8/4; returned; lowes ordered me another. Same problem with each one. No audible sounds at all. Have followed instructions to the letter. any ideas. returning 2nd one to lowes tomorrow 8/27/14. Any ideas?

It could have been an internal issue within the control panels. It is unfortunate that you had two appliances with the same issue. Without having a professional to properly diagnose the problem there would not be a definite answer to why the problem occurred. I hope this helpful. -Matt

This is most often caused by a bad magnetron "scrambling" the controller, a bad connection on the controller, or a controller failure. Try to use the "timer" function of the oven. Make it count down without cooking for about a minute. If it works, then it's more likely to be a bad magnetron. If it still fails, it's probably a problem on the controller. most times repacing the door is really just a matter of lifting it off the pin hinges after you have removed the vent

From my understanding your Frigidaire microwave door is sagging and about to fall off. This could be an issue with your hinges or door.
