Sounds like a classic case of one of the screen ribbons damaged or not plugged in properly.

How to charge and turn a ds lite on

Use the charging cord packaged within the box that your DS came in plugged into the wall socket and the small hole in your DS near the slot for the games. Turn it on by flicking the small button with an arrow on it up (on the right of your DS).

Calibrate ds lite

If you would like to calibrate your screen...
Turn the DS on without a DS card inserted (or with auto mode turned off).
Then touch the DS icon in the bottom middle of the screen.
Press the far right yellow icon, with a crosshair in it.
You will then be taken to the calibrate screen.
Touch the small red squares on the screen as they appear.

Press confirm, exit menu.

My m3 ds real froze

Ditch M3DS, eventually it will rupture your F2 fuze in the DS. Buy an R4DS and reprogram the MicroSD card.

My ds will not turn on

Hi,

It sounds like one of you're screens has broken. What you have discribed is generally what happens one either the top or bottom LCD screen has broken.

If it is the top screen the bottom screen will flash for 1/2 a second and the DS turns off.

If it is the bottom screen the DS should still turn on but with no reaction from the screens. (the Ds will shut down immediatley after turning on)
