My channels have gone off and the message told me to go to yvm302 which i cannot find

a video to vhf channel 3/4 converter like old Pong or ATARI games had.
yes there are converters. to do video to modulated channel 3/4
but not told at all what is your video choices,?sources.

I bet you have cable modem or a SAT modem
and converting HDTV to analog is wow hard. if not impossible
one can record a video sources and convert it using PONG adapter. to old CRT motorola quasar.

This can be for any number of reasons including weak signals from those stations, a poor antenna, or a defective tuner in the receiver.

Without more information I can't even make a guess as to which one is your problem.

Just because you used to be able to get some stations before they went digital it does not mean you will be able to receive them with the same antenna and a new digital tuner. i think that the box is gone for good, BUT i was told that when all the channels are 100% gone then and only then will there be a new code.

The answering machine is supposed to save messages during a power failure. If the messages are gone, then the unit is defective.
