Question about Refrigerators
Defrost problem, or evaporator motor failure. remove back panel of freezer and inspect for ice buildup on evap coil. defrost as needed and test defrost thermostat via ohmmeter for continutity, if open, replace thermostat, also test defrost heater, if open in the same fashion, replace. if both check ok, test defrost timer. if defective, replace. test evap motor with unit power on, back panel removed and setting on normal. when ref turns on to cool, evap motor should spin, if it doesn't, replace it. be careful when working around live power.

If the evaporator coils behind the back panel of the freezer are icing up because of auto defrost failure that will stop the circulation of cold air and eventually affect the freezer too.
check defrost timer, defrost heater, defrost thermostat. In most newer models the timer has been replaced by an electronic control board. If the heater and thermostat are ok it’ll be the control.

Sounds like an air flow problem from the freezer section to the refer section. Check that nothing is blocking the air vents, and that the dampers are operating properly (they control the flow of air). Of course if it's under warranty... call the service techs out.
