You're probably going to need to remove the fur and examine the leg to see if there is a bent rod or connection joint that you can bend back out. Contact Hasbro's Customer Service for the instructions on how to remove the fur if you're not sure. They may have resources for you such as repair shops locally or in-house repair you might be able to send it for repair. if it is out of warranty, and you did not buy an extended warranty, they may charge for the service. Good luck :)
We bought Biscuit and the legs turned in and he just laid there so we called Hasbro and they sent us another Biscuit and he did the same thing as the first one so I called them again (Hasbro) and they said it was out of warranty and there was nothibg they could do for me so now were just out of the money we spent on it and the kids have no Biscuit to play with I DO NOT recommend this toy to be bought for any child what a disappointment it is!!!!! Thanks
