Re: reboot problem..

Could not be graphics problems, can be the hardrive.

  1. Enter in the bios, and see if the computer detects de hardrive.
  2. If yes, see the boot sequence you can have a usb pendrive in the computer connect and he try to boot over the pendrive.
  3. Try to reinstall Windows
  4. Last hope, change hardisk

Re: reboot problem..

Easiest possible solutions first:
1) download and install the latest drivers for your video card
2) see if there is an update for the game that causes the problem
3) run memtest86 from to check if your RAM is bad
4) swap out the current video card with a known good video card

Your machine is rebooting itself while you watch a movie on it? Could be a couple of things. First, is this a laptop or desktop? When is the last time you updated your video drivers? If this is a laptop, does it get very hot just before rebooting?

Theories work like so:
1. older video drivers can be causing a cpu panic condition due to a bug. This is more common with PC games vs. watching movies, but still possible. Updating your video drivers may help fix the problem if that's the cause.
2. heat: if the computer overheats, it will reboot to protect itself. As for why it's getting hot--could be that your video hardware or cpu is getting too hot playing the movie. Could be that your cooling fans are bad. This is why I asked about the machine getting hot.

Another possibility is the need to update either your BIOS or hardware drivers.

Please post more info if you require additional help.

Mabee the hard drive has failed . try entering bios and see if the hard drive is recognised .If not try turning the computer off unplug it then reconnect the drive data cable and power cable
then re- start the computer and see if it is recognised. some models of older hard drives needed a driver installed during set up -- you usually have to put the driver on a floppy disc and hit the f6 button when prompted by windows set up to install third party drivers . I hope this helps

While playing games it works but its quality is very worse its stucks and game move on like sudden pause and play like that

do a disk clean up on the computer to speed up the performance. Click start, go to All Programs, Goto Accessories, then System tools, and Click Disk clean up. it should take you through a step to remove some things you don't use. it will also take a little bit, depending on how fast your computer is.

and about the quality, you might need a video card update.

Black screen on boot on biostar mcp6p m2+

That board has a built in video card if I have the right info. If you are using an external video ie plug in card then you need to make sure the onboard video is disabled or that the plug in card is designated as the main video card. Not doing either of those will cause the black screen.

Suddenly pc restarted.

Your CPU is overheating
1) Turn off computer and remove case side
2) remove fan from "heatsink" do NOT remove Heatsink "Usually this is stuck with solidified heat paste"
3) clean all dust and dirt from heatsink and fan.
4) vacuum out case Include behind power supply and video card.and any other fans
5) use stiff brush and vacuum outside of power supply
Reboot and see if still restarts if not everything OK
shutdown PC and refit case side.
This is a common problem on a lot of computers as the environment they are used in is usually dusty.
I do mine every 3/4 months and have no problems like this
Please when works give me a fixya

My Computer stopping

This problem is related to the RAM/Memory of your computer, so if you can upgrade the RAM of your computer that will definitely solve that rebooting problem when installing and playing games...

Hope that helps.........

Computer moniter goes black but CPU is but not functioning

1. power-off your computer. unplug video and power cables. remove your video card hardware from its slot and plug it back in. put the video and power cables back. power on your computer. try this up to 3 times until your system is back to normal. it will be best if it works your first try. if it doesn't consider changing you video card.
