No ink on page..No coping.No Print from internet?

No ink on page..No coping.No Print from internet? Full cartridges,aligned and reset..Waht else do I do to get this to print???

hi....take it to a tech to check about the system control chip... the control chip would have gone bad... and they will replace u with a new chip..
or else Try manually moving the head carriage back and forth a few times!
Also check, if there isn't some piece of paper lodged inside, if yes try to remove it carefully!..
