I think you must replace it..
Transcend does not have any service center in India!!!! They do all their warranty related work through their distributors. You need to contact their distributor in direct way.For distributors click on the link below:

1.download the appropriate firmware from here 2.press and hold reset button for 2 seconds 3.run the firmware updater 4.press and hold "volume -" button while connecting to system. 5.the updater will detect the player and it will upgrade the firmware.

In order for Lyrics to work, apart from enabling the function on the player, you need to have for a specific song .MP3 file, a specific formatted lyric file .LRC file in the same folder. Eg:
Mysong.mp3 -> with Lyric -> Mysong.lrc
