My creative zen is hot after plugging it in to charge. And it won't turn on. What do I need to do?

It is possible that there is a heat sensor that is preventing it from turning on because it is hot. I do know that there is a cold sensor that will shut it off if it is too cold. I have never seen a heat warning on mine and I sometime leave it in the car where it is 140 degrees. You can try to press the reset button on the bottom. Will it turn on when plugged into power?
