- Uninstall the drivers from the webcam
- Download latest drivers from the webcam
- Install the new drivers
- Plug in the webcam
- Test the webcam

My acer web cam worked when I first got my laptop two months ago and now I get a notice that it has stopped working with a window saying to click here to find a solution and the program will close. The program closes but there is never a "solution". Please help.
