My first guess is the filter capacitors in the output stage of your amplifier are history/worn out.Try a different amp to confirm.Otherwise disconnect the speaker wires and check that the impedance/ohms value is at or near the stated value,4 or 8 ohms. This measurement can be made with a cheap ten dollar VOM "volt/ohm/meter."

The Problem in this unit is the Amplifier module S64AMI,which is surrended in a black heatsink, filled with epoxy, not serviceable, the bad news is that JBL discontinued this module and is really hard to find, sorry....

Replaced horn fuse and it blew again right away this is a pontiac transport 1997 help

The fuse blows to prevent wire melting and eventual fire! If it blows straight away then there will be a short circuit somewhere in the circuit, which means the electricity is going from the battery positive to the fuse then straight back to the battery negative without any resistance. You would have to follow the wiring and test components until the fuse no longer blows. :)

My jbl pb 10 has a noise and it burn the fuse... changing the fuse it burn the fuse again..so it might have som other defective part that is causin the noise and the fuse burning... any sugestion?

It blows the fuse because a semiconductor device has developed a short (in otherwords acting like it was just a piece of wire). Because of the noise I would suspect the main amp device is the cause. It will be most likely on a heatsink.

Horn blows fuses

Don't bypass the fuse, you'v either got a short in the horn or the wrong fuse
it takes a 20 amp and I highly ecommend using a plug in breakr instead of a fuse

Put in a breaker, if it trips unplug the horn and try again, if the breaker trips again, there's a pinched wire, if it does NOT trip replace the horn itself

JBL Eon 15 Blown Fuse

These fuses are most likely 3 Amp fuses. Please note that if the replacements blow as well, that there is a problem within the amp section that will require repair.

JBL PSW-D112 Speaker fuse blow immediately after replaced

The fuse is designed to protect the circuit and prevent fire. When a fuse blows it is because it is getting to much current through it.
In some cases it could be because you replaced the fuse with one that did not meet the specs of the required fuse, there are different types of fuses and you should always replace with exactly the same type of fuse.

Do not replace with a higher Amp fuse, you could end up frying the amp at least. It's not a safe thing to do since there is an off chance of fire from using the wrong fuse.

If you have the right type of fuse installed and it is still blowing, then refer the unit to a qualified service center for repair, or look for a new replacement Amp.

JBL Creature 2 Blowing Fuse

There will be a short somewhere in the power supply. If you replace the fuse it will blow again. You COULD try a larger ampage fuse, but any electrician would not recommend this!
