I have hard locked my Telstra zte t116a how do I hard reset my phone for free and with out having to contact my service provider. My SIM card is not locked just my handset

PUK code in PIN UNLOCKING CODE, which is required when you give PIN number wrongly for 3 times,
This code is OPERATOR specific and not phone specific and you have to call you operator and get PUK if PIN is blocked...

if you provide PUK code wrongly for 10 time, you sim may become useless, then you have to buy new SIM

unfortunately you cant...you have to take it in and have it reset..if your service provide it..if you have a home phone call your service pro and they can asst you..if you have patients..lol
