Question about Dual Electronics CECT P168 Cellular Phone
Hi, why are you posting the same question over and over again instead of responding?
The phone does not need set up to work - Please try another sim card in the phone for example a prepaid sim card and see if you are able to make calls, the phone could be faulty.
All that is required is to enter the sim card into the phone and turn it on, then enter the pin code when asked and it finds the network on its own and you should be able to make phone calls.
