Question about Canon Office Equipment & Supplies
Hi I have a Canon IR6000. After switching on, the machine is booting then displays " please wait" then stays on instead of disappear the booting is finished.
When the display panel goes blank do you see at the bottom of the display show a E601-001 or numbers like that? If so you will most likely need a new hard drive for the copier. The only tricky part of that is that the hard drive needs to be Flashed for your model and if you have the copier networked, you need that software loaded as well. If you have another working IR-5000 or 6000 model, you can switch out the hard drives... Good Luck
