Problem for Dell Optiplex GX280 (99301) Motherboard

Installed 8400gs computer wont boot and orange light appears

Hi, I installed a 8400gs but the processor fan goes into overdrive and the orange light appears, and it won't boot.
It has been working fine with the onboard video but as soon as i put in the new one it does not work.
