Question about HTC Touch Pro Smartphone
When i turn on the wifi on my htc touch pro, it detects any available network and also connects to it..... but i still cannot access any internet application.... my email, or any web page i type in from the opera browser, it says ERROR, cannot connect to the internet, etc, or something along those lines...... whats the problem? iv checked all theoptions on the phone, everything seems to be in order... anyone have any idea wats goin on with my stupid phone?
I solved this by configuring the phone settings to REMOTE-NDIS HOST on the tab "Configure network adaptors". Select this, press OK and add your network password (if any).

Go to "settings" then at the bottom connections then click on "wifi"
this will take you to the screen where all available connections are located. Click on the connection you want to use and in the "CONNECT TO:" block click on "the internet".....keep in mind if you change from home to work using different wifi connections you also have to change or update those connections as well.
