Go to the Printers and Faxes Menu, double click on your printer and delete all your works, do you have there.

- Try to unistall the drivers, it could be problem whit the spoll. And then install it again. Any problem put here your comment

First, you need to unplug the power of the printer for several minutes like 5-10 minutes. If that didn't work, its a printer driver problem with regard to the spooler. You can simply uninstall the printer driver and reinstalling it from scratch.
