Question about Acer NSK8458AN Keyboard
I've been using an acer travelmate 2310 for about a year now. nowadays when i type, some letters are randomly missing. after i type things, its usually missing five letters per a sentence. im a very fast typer, so i get annoyed a lot. for example, let me type something real fast right now.
todayis a nie day to be ouside
I wanted to say: today is a nice day to be outside.
what can i do about this?
I had exactly the same problem with a Acer Travelmate last year, from the day I bought it. Eventually I found some kind of fix (maybe it was a BIOS update) from Acer and it has worked perfectly ever since. Sorry I can't remember exactly what, but you may want to go to Acer support web site and just update all your drivers.
I have two co-workers suffering sith the same problem on Acer notebooks and we are trying to hunt down the fix. If you Google Acer keyboard lag, you will find many reports of similar problems.

Sounds like you use this quite a bit, don't you? I'd suggest that you may have actually worn out the keyboard. These things are built basically of plastic and heavy usage will cause wear and binding.
Hop this helps.
