your stuck in a boot loop
the best way to deal with this is turn the phone off
boot it up in the recovery console using home+power at the same time
wait for the exclamation mark to come up and press alt+l
then you will have to wipe the phone using alt+w once the text appears
P.S you will temporarily lose contacts but they will come back however nothing on your sd card will be changed
