Problem for Frigidaire FRS3R5EMB Side by Side Refrigerator

The fridge is cold but the freezer won't freeze

I have a Miele fridge freezer with 2 motors. the fridge works fine. The freezer motor seems to be working - nice and hot like the fridge one - but the freezer cooling grill remains cold and the freezer is warmer than the fridge!

The grill being the condenser coil- The sealed system is low on freon or the compressor isn't working correctly.

- You can cut it off and let it cool off then cut it back on and see if it does the same, but I believe the compressor is bad.
