Our oven was giving the same code. I found that the ribbon from the control panel to the printed circuit board must have been laying too close to a part of the oven that got hot during a self clean cycle. Part of the printed circuit in the ribbon was "slightly damaged". It was hard to notice, but using a magnifying glass, it could be seen. I carefully sanded the ribbon to expose the circuit, then used some MG Chemicals-Silver Conductive Pen to repair the broken circuit. Our oven works like a charm:)
Cheers!

F2-E1 - Touch Pad (Keypad) Cable Unplugged -
Check the connection between the touch pad (keypad) and control board (clock) to make sure it is secure.
Select the 'cancel' function and wait 60 seconds.
If error code reappears then replace the touch pad, or touch pad and control board (clock) if all one assembly.

It appears your timer/clock has failed in this instance.

For replacement parts - head on over to PartSelect.com or RepairClinic.com and enter in your full model number for a full parts listing.
I recommend both sites because ...

FixYa has no affiliation with either site - I have been using and recommending them for years - trouble free.

PartSelect has a great schematic database for locating the part on your unit and great "testimonials" for each part that often times includes HOW-TO information.
RepairClinic has pictures of each part they sell and also a great how-to and troubleshooting for basic repairs.

If your unit has never been serviced - there should still be an original service manual enclosed in plastic taped to the inside of the shell.
In the service manual are Error codes, maintenance procedures, and troubleshooting steps you can follow.

Anything too complicated or beyond your scope should be handled by a professional.

If you think you want to tackle the repair - and have gotten stuck on a step - reply to your question and I will be glad to help you out.

Thanks for using FixYa - a 4 THUMBS rating is appreciated for answering your FREE question.$%^&

Whilpool stove gives errorr message . E1-F2 want come on model# G W395LEpB00 SER# XD3802931

F2 Oven temperature above specifications 8-pin connector oven temperature sensor to the Electronic Range Control (ERC)
E1 or E2 Thermistor Failure The dryer will not operate if the exhaust temperature drops below 18 degrees F. or exceeds 250 degrees F.

When the thermistor circuit is open (>50K ohms), the error code E1 flashes in the display.

When the thermistor circuit is shorted (<500 ohms), the error code E2 flashes in the display.

Normal thermistor resistance values:
60 degrees F. - 15.3K ohms.
70 degrees F. - 11.9K ohms.
80 degrees F. - 9.2K ohms.

F2:E1 Code

F-2 is oven temp too high, which would be a bad thermostat or thermistor.potentially. It could be the oven control module (which is probably what the guy changed out already).
Here is the code for kitchen Aid:

F2 - E0
or
F2 - E1 Keypad not connected Check keypad connector for firm connection.
