1. The Vostro 1510 system ships with a wireless feature called the wireless switch. It is located on the left side of the system next to the ExpressCard slot. This switch serves to dectivate or activate the wireless antenna.
   

Wireless Switch LED Settings
The LED (located on the Hinge Cover) on the wireless switch works only when the system is powered on. A user can activate the switch and have it scan for networks only after going through a complete boot process. The switch is used to detect only wireless signals. This setting is in the BIOS under the Wireless section.
The LED indicates the following functionality:

• Solid Blue - The system has detected a wireless signal.
• Off - The system failed to detect a wireless device installed.

Bluetooth technology require devices to be compartible to capture an impression. For example, the computer or mobile phones may be manufacturered blutooth enabled however requires that the pheripheral devices headsets manufacturere compartible. Ascertain that the computer devices has the bluetooth technology also set enabling to capture any available device pheripherals. Refer with devices user guides about establsihing networking.

Pc suite is a software that your mobile phone will be using to communicate with your computer. With this you can transfer files from your computer to your phone and vice-versa..There are two ways to connect your pc and your phone..First, is via usb data cable, data cable usually comes with your phone when you purchase it.. If there is none, purchase one that is compatible with phone and install the driver that comes with it. Second, is via blutooth. blutooth is a usb device capable of wireless transfer of signals, you also will need to purchase it with its driver...Some laptops have built in blutooth, if you have one it will be easy for you to access your phone through your computer..

Run your PC SUITE software and pair the phone with your computer. When pairing is successful you can now transfer your files from your phone to your laptop

try putting in 0000 as the bluetooth pin.

most best buy stores have extra axcessories where the headphones and portable tape players are. try there, they might have them.

may be u should try to change the headset status to looset status and again to headset. It may solve ur problem.
For it, open the settings, open the enhancements.
In it, there is a menu called Enhancement in use. In it, change headset to loopset or text phone. Restart the phone. And in the same option, change it to headset later !!!
I think ur problem can be solved by this.

try 0000

You just have to press your blutooth on/off button a bit longer for 15 to 20 sec, when the LED blinking stops (noted that the LED should be turn ON but not blinking), try to search the device again with your phone. By that time your blutooth headset should be recognized by your phone, then select and enter the code 0000.
