I would suspect a bad switch or a bad motor.
These parts are not available anywhere that I have ever heard of.. You might go to the store you purchased it from and ask them.

We were staying in a holiday apartment and couldn't get the Balay washer/dryer door open on dryer cycle. Tried all the previous solutions and none worke. my husband turned the power off to apartment at fuse box and the door clicked open after a couple of minutes.
I think you have solved the problem. Check all the wheels to be sure that they all turn. The locomotive isn't powerful enough to drag a car with a stuck wheel.
You can try to remove that battery and try to turn it on again.
Sometimes this will happen if that don't work the remove the power supply and try to turn it on.
If you see the blue light around the power input then it's obviously getting power but it's redirecting it somehow which brings us to the battery again heh.
