It depends on WHICH drain hose you are talking about. If this is the drain hose that sits in the standpipe at the wall, take the line out of the standpipe and use a wet/dry shop vac on the end of the hose to pull a vacuum on the line. This will dislodge anything that is stuck in the line.
If this is the drain line that runs from the wash tub to the inlet side of the drain pump, remove the line from the pump to retrieve anything that may be blocking it. You will need to remove the lower kick panel under the door to access it. The screws are located under the bottom front edge.
Make sure you also check the drain pump reservoir (if you haven't done so already).

Seems to make it through the wash cycle okay, but doesn't drain or spin when it reaches the rinse/spin cycle. I can get water to drain from the hose at the back, and if I hold down the spin button it will spin, but there is still water in the tub so it is not completely emptying. I had set it to wash normally which is a 45 minute cycle. When I discovered the problem it was stalled at 12 minutes. I unplugged it and when I plugged it back in it started at 12 minutes again. Thank you for any assistance you can give.
