Question about HP Pavilion dv6000z Notebook
This is a very common problem with your model.
I tell you a series of steps for this.
1.take out the battery.dont connect the power cord.and push the power btton for a while so that all residue power is radiated.
then replace the battery, charge it and try start the machine again.if this doesnt work.
2.check the battery if its working fine.
if the battery is working fine then there is a problem with the charging IC on the motherboard.then
3.call the customer care and as your machine is new they will replace the motherboard for free.
if you find the solution helpful dun forget to rate me.
