Amy....I found the solution. The round thingy on the back unscrews and reveals two double a batteries. Found this out after I destroyed my trying to open it with a screwdriver prying open the front! :(

I can not get my raindrip R673CT to program in the days I want it to go off. Lost my instructions. It puts in what days it wants and won't let me change them. Even removed the battery and let it sit...

Call raindrip 888-825-4716

I can post manual R673CT timer.
Manual does not have troubleshoot steps
Try 2 new AAA batteries, and clean battery terminals.
The fact that you get display suggests that batteries are not the problem.

Manual says timer will no longer turn on with low battery, so timer is reset by removing battery.
Generally it is bad news when basic timer will not function after reset.

What is the max recommended input pressure for the model R673C water timer.........Thanks, Tony

Call raindrip for engineering specs: 888-825-4716

R673CT manual does not show pressure max:
I guess that excess pressure would shorten life of any plastic water timer.

Max pressure for household plumbing is 80psi, after which damage to water heaters and plumbing system will occur.

I have a raindrip 682ct dual water timer

Are you actually having a problem with it working? Because this doesn't constitute a problem by itself. You're hearing water that's 'left over' from using the timers...when they close at the specified interval, a little water will be left inside.

If you are storing the unit for the winter and want to pretty much empty the remaining water out, detach it from its input hose. Then turn each 'Frequency' switch to the green marking on the dial which will open it.

Then hold the device so that the output holes are facing down. Gently shake the device, slanting it first toward one output, then the other. Most of the remaining water should drip out. Then close each of the outputs by turning the 'Frequency' dialS to the red marking (1 click clockwise). That will close the outputs again. Remove the battery and you're set until next spring.
