Question about Canon PowerShot A520 Digital Camera
(Sent this to you a while ago - not sure whether you received it)
I can upload pics from camera to computer via card reader, but when I try to download back again later to memory card for photo lab use the pics do not display back on my camera. Instead I get a "no image" notice on the camera screen even though the menu indicates there is information there. Put the card back into my card reader and the computer accepts the image and displays then on screen. Is this normal?
Even so, would a photo lab be able to read the memory card?
A virus is present in your pc, infecting the memory card. I suggest that whenever your card leaves the camera and used in any computer or lab, always format the card in your camera not in pc cause this will gonna erase all the pictures including the virus. virus in cf cards wont destroy your camera but it will make it operates like crazy. Make it a standard operating procedure to always format card inside the camera.
Photolab will be able to read even a corrupted card.
