Maybe you can try to unlock your blackberry phone using blackberry bold 9700 unlock code for att network. It will make your blackberry unlocked and you can use any sim card on your phone so you can try to look at your data using another sim card.
sim is locked ....You can get the unlock code through online..........give your IMEI number and get the unlock code for ur mobile.... i will suggest the website Unlock-Zone.com which is doing good service .....you can approach this website. This site is nearly perfect and they were recommended highly in the cell phone forums. I used them to unlock my cell phone. contacted them and within 30 mins i had my unlock code and my phone was unlocked. Hope this helps.
A hard reset will clear everything out of the phone and reset your password. To perform a hard reset on a samsung take out the battery and removve the sim card and power on the phone. when it comes back on type in *2767*3855#. The phone will go thourgh a reset process and when it comes back on take the battery out again and put your sim card back in and power on. It should be completely cleared including the security password.

this is done in case where u put a sim card and put on password By ur own self, when some body steals it and they try to use theirs it wont let them start phone without password.
so IF YOU put the password YOU should know it! or ask some one who used ur phone earlier, and beware with samsung, if its NOT ur phone and u unlock it any ways( electronically) it send a message to predetermined phone about ur IMEI and sim reg no.
if you can switch on successfully then go to settings there you will find an option reset. press the reset button the phone will resets entire your settings. or go to the service centre they can unlock the password.
To unlock a Samsung turn the phone off take the sim card and type the following code *#pw+15853649247w# . Java status code: #*53696# (Samsung X600)
If you want to unlock your phone put a sim from another company then type *#9998*3323# it will reset your phone. Push exit and then push 7, it will reset again. Put your other sim in and it will say sim lock, type in 00000000 then it should be unlocked. Type in *0141# then the green call batton and it's unlocked to all networks. This code may not work on the older phones and some of the newer phones. If it doesn't work you will have to reset your phone without a sim in it by typing *#2767*2878# or *#9998*3855# (not tested)
Please follow the instructions carefully! Following are the 12-point instructions to unlock your Samsung E250 phone:
1. First do a CUSTOM RESET by tying in:

5. 2. Now put the battery in carfully behind the protruding SIM card and switch the phone on. The phone must show "Insert SIM" message.
6. 3. Without turning off the phone, now push the SIM card all the way in, at this stage the phone must continue to display the "Insert SIM" message with the WRONG SIM inside.
7. Now make a FULL RESET by typing: *2767*3855#
9. Change the NCK password to 8 zeros by typing: *7465625*638*00000000*00000000#
8. The phone should reboot working with "wrong" SIM inside. (Do not turn off the phone)
10. Disable network lock by typing: #7465625*638*00000000#
12. Check this is done with *#7465625#
If your phone is not unlocked please retry the above ensuring all steps are followed to the letter, 9 out of 10 people who have problems have made a simple error and find that when they repeat all the steps it works.
