sounds like your color guns are out of alignment and need adjusting. its a cheap fix with a tv tech but i wouldnt recommend doing it yourself. plus, a visit from a tech can tell you if there is anything else wrong/about to b wrong

We had the same problem, your power supply in the tv went out. Call a mobile tv repair person and they can come and check it and order the part. It takes about a week. It costs about $200 but fixes the problem immediately.

Absolutely. The biggest danger is the mirror breaking which is in the big bulge at the back of the set. If the set got bounced around it could break. You're probably best to lay it on it's face on a blanket.
