Problem for Toshiba 32AF43 32" TV

Menu Screen turns on/off on its own...alsoTv video flips through

The menu screen on my Toshiba 32" 23553668 which I purchased a about 4yrs ago continuously turns on and off. In addition to turning on and off it scrolls through the options in the menu and changes each and EVERY setting. As well, the tv video flips through on its own and stops on the colorstream option before returning back to the TV option.

The front panel Tactile Switches need to be replaced. Replace them all. This should be the part #. 23344507. You can order it through Encompass Elect. 800-638-3328.
