From the below link u change the security code by providing your IMEI number,to get the IMEI number u must just*#06# or at back side of the mobile u will have serial number is as same as IMEI Number,
or if these all not supported then kindly inform it to your service provider,they will make a reset to your security code from their backend process,since they keep all the codes in a secure manner.
Kindly check it and provide the status

if u have forgot your security code, then all u need is a master code. The master code is a 10 digit number that will always be accepted as if it were your actual security code. The master code is specific to your handset and is generated using the handset 15 digit IMEI number (serial number). The IMEI number can usually be found on the sticker underneath the battery or by typing *#06# into the phone keypad.
Simply enter your 15 digit serial / IMEI number into the online tool (see link below). Your master code will then be calculated instantly.

By default the security code is 12345 u can try that or u can use a mobile unlocking software,for some the software has worked.Try it.
