Hi,
a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.

My preview plane in my Yahoo mail disappeared and i can't get it back

I assume you're using the new version of Yahoo! Mail.

The preview pane (a/k/a "reading pane") can be turned on or off, using the control in the mail settings. On the Yahoo Mail web page, go to "Options" (near upper right corner), click on the small arrow to pull down the menu, then select Show > Reading pane

My yahoo mail is working, i can recieve messages.. But I cannot see it as a whole on my screen. When I click on Inbox, the messages should appear on the right side right??.. But the only thing that i could...

Try to reset the Reading Pane. On the Yahoo Mail header (next to 'Delete', 'Reply', 'Forward', etc.) Click the arrow next to 'View' and fiddle with the settings in there - I think it is "Preview Pane" or "Reading Pane".

When I send an e-mail to someone it says it is from my wifes name with my e-mail address....how do I change this?

In the Yahoo!Mail account that you wish to change:

Click "Options" (near upper right corner of page)
Choose "Mail Options"
Click "Accounts" in left pane
Click "Add or edit an account" link (underlined)

Your accounts will be listed. If more than one, click them in the left pane, until the right pane contains the information you want to change.

Click <Edit> button above left pane
Edit the Sending Mail Name
Edit any other preferences
Click <Save> in lower left corner of page
Click Go back to mail

I am unable to view my yahoo mail

If after signing in to Yahoo mail you get 'opening page about:blank' problem, this is not caused by a virus, trojan, or anything like that! Yahoo have been making changes to the appearance of their home page and also their e-mail. As a result, the screen resolution of 800 x 600 on many PCs will no-longer allow you to sign in. Try changing your screen resolution to 1024 x 768

I have no mail quck view anymore

You don't specify which email client you are using so I will give you a generic answer. Click on the view menu and choose layout. Look for preview pane or message pane and click on it. That's it.

I suggest you do a virus scan. Yahoo mail is working perfectly for me here so you should not have any issues. Try doing an online scan using www.eset.com/onlinescanner.

Click on the View menu, then

and then choose from:

Right
Bottom
Off

Oh No! you are not able to view the entire right column (from, date, subj, size, file attach, tag, etc. Hmm!

Click on the View menu, then
Current View, then
Customize Current View..., and then click
Reset Current View

Hopefully now you will be able to view the whole right column.
