Question about Ingersoll Rand Stationary Air Cooled Rotary Screw Compressor 10 Hp, 35 Cfm At 125 Psi, Model# Ep
Uses or comsumes a lot of ultra coolant. I changed sparator element. Changed orifices..Had other techs tell me that the sparator element had a slight design change and scavage tube was not hitting the bottom of the element filter. The oil does not seem to be going down stream. I do have lots of coolant collection inside the cabinet insulation at the top . this is puzzeling .I don't see any leaks/any blow off.
Check if your compressor running in low pressure. If your discharge pressure drop @65psi the result is oil carry over.
