Delete key When I press DELETE, it doesn't ask if I am SURE I want to delete anymore. Hpw do I get hat back?

Follow this steps
1.Press the LIST button to obtain the list of
programs that have been recorded to the
box.
2.Use the arrow keys on the remote to
locate the program you'd like to remove.
3.Press the "OK/SEL" key to select the
menu.
4.Use the arrow keys to select the menu
option called "Delete Show". You'll have
to press the down arrow once to bring the
cursor to "Delete Show".
5.Press the "OK/SEL" button to delete it.
6.Confirm your choice. Use the arrow keys
again, to select the "Yes" choice, when
the box asks whether you are sure you'd like
to remove the program recording from the
list, and press the "OK/SEL" button to confirm
the selection of the removal of the program.

to fix your "stuck" delete key clean it if possible using alchhol

I would first delete and reinstall the program but use a third party tool for deleting . It will delete all unnecessary files and registery keys . Download and install RevoUninstaller , the free version will do from here : http://download.cnet.com/Revo-Uninstaller/3000-2096_4-10687648.html
Key numbers and letters are very sensitive . Make sure you type exactly the same characters .
If this still doesn' t work , you can go to Microsoft's site and look for Microsoft' s Office Support .
You can also go back to the retailer's with the purchase ticket .
Microsoft Office Professional 2007 runs fine under Win XP and Win 7 . I'm not sure with older versions .

Looks like your delete key is stuck on delete.

Try power off, and restarting.

You might also try to get the keys on and off. You can stick the end of a flat-head screwdriver under the key, twist it to the side slowly and carefully, and the keys will pop right off.

To put them back on, place them where you want them and then push them gently until they click. Just make sure that the key is dead center and push down. If it doesn't sit right, pop it and start again.

Press the name key, or enter the registered number using the number keys. Press [Yes]. Press [Exit]. Press the [User Tools/Counter] key.

Not sure if this is the same phone, but when I enter a number/letter, the "Mute" button serves as a backspace/delete function. So what I did was go to Menu>Directory>Review, scroll to the contact I wanted to delete, and press "Mute", which asks me to confirm to delete the contact. Hope this helps.

Press FUNCTION key then 9 key. The display will ask you to ENTER FILE NO. OR ^. You want to enter ### as the file number and press SET to delete all files. (You cannot delete the file while it is being sent). The display will then show DELETE ALL FILES? 1:YES 2:NO. Press 1 to delete all files.
