Question about HP OfficeJet 6210 All-In-One InkJet Printer
First of all check for the digital imaging moniter on the right hand side of the task bar near the digital clock
if its not present then right click on the solution center click on properties and then open file location
now in the window that opens up double click on the hpqtra08 or hpqscnvw file the dim will start now try scaning
if still u have a problem then open solution center and check weather u have ur printer in ready status in solution center
if no then download the latest driver for vista through this link
if still problem persists then let me know whats the message that u get while scanning
