Question about Brother MFC-5840CN All-In-One InkJet Printer
Had a power surge this morning, computer is fine but the hp All-in-One does not. I have disconnected power cable, plugged it into the wall socket, turned the printer off and on etc. When I turn the printer back on, it sounds like it is loading and preparing to print but it ends up making an annoying sound/motion, kind of like it is actually printing but louder. This goes on for about 3 minutes then stops, printer just shuts off. any ideas?
Unplug the power code and data cord and hold the prwer button for 10 sec and then relese it and try to run a test page without connecting to the system Look in you manuall how to print a test page
