Got the phone about 2 monthes ago...after a month the speaker stopped working, rebooted phone speaker worked again...now the speaker has cut off and rebooting doesn't help...any thoughts?

You can try booting a live linux CD or thumbdrive and see if that gives you sound. That will give you an idea if it's Windows or a hardware problem. If it's a windows problem try uninstalling and reinstalling your drivers. If that doesn't work keep searching around or just try a fresh install of windows.
It happened 2 months ago on my phone after it fell 3 feet high.
Surprisingly after intentionally banging the phone face first on my
table (keep it gentle) it worked and has been OK ever since. I hope
this works for you too. =)
maybe it depends on who you're sending it to, and whether or not they can accept video. or the service cuts out during sending after it says 'send successful'. try checking your outbox, and if the vids are in there, send them again.
