I connected my candy crush to Facebook for very first time and lost all games played and purchases. Is there anyway to retrieve or is it all gone forever? I was on level 460 with 3 stars on all levels.....I am devastated.....

This is one of the tricks to lure you into Facebook. You also are blocked from certain levels, if you don't ask friends on Facebook to like you and the game.
I did trow the app from my phone after lever 20 or so, because of the same annoying things. Yoou can't fight it. Become a Facebook user, or stop playing candy crush.

I never could connect on my android 2.3 phone, but then I read something online about needing to uninstall and re-install the facebook app on the phone... the facebook app came with my phone, and my phone would not let me uninstall it! I WENT TO THE GOOGLE PLAY STORE AND SEARCHED FACEBOOK. When it came up, it had the option to update my facebook app, so I updated it, after that CANDY CRUSH CONNECTED TO FACEBOOK NO PROBLEM... go figure... my phone has automatically updated the facebook app several times, but the candy crush app would never connect until I updated the app manually using the google play store... Bizare!
